1. Agreement

By using asaptowingandtruckrepair.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Service work, towing, and repair are governed by the agreement you make with ASAP Towing & Truck Repair at the time of dispatch or shop intake — not solely by this page.

2. Emergency & safety

If anyone is injured or in immediate traffic danger, call 911 first. Website forms and callbacks do not replace emergency services. Submitting a form does not guarantee job acceptance until a dispatcher confirms.

3. Estimates & pricing

Prices depend on location, vehicle, equipment needed, scene conditions, mileage, labor, parts, storage, and related factors. Any estimate is approximate until the job is assessed. “Free estimate” means we will discuss expected charges before or as work begins when practical — it is not a guarantee of zero cost.

4. Service area

We primarily serve approximately a 50-mile radius from Ringgold, GA, including corridors on I-75 and I-24. Coverage outside that area is at dispatcher discretion based on equipment and capacity.

5. Website content

Site content is for general information. Equipment lists, ETAs, and capabilities may change. Photos and testimonials illustrate typical work and are not a warranty for every call.
